In PureMessage Small Business Edition (SBE) the following error is logged in the SMTP log:

17/01/2006 22:58:00 Detected potential spam message (spam score 87)
17/01/2006 22:58:01 Error: Failed to quarantine message (Error code 0x80070057 occurred while scanning message '<0E2FD56F.D76B25B@address.net>')
17/01/2006 22:58:01 No action taken for attachment 'Body text' in message '<0E2FD56F.D76B25B@address.net>'

This happens because the Collaboration Data Objects (CDO) interface is not registered correctly.

What to do

Re-register the CDOEX.DLL by running this command:

regsvr32 "c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\cdo\cdoex.dll"
