Sophos Anti-Virus error "Invalid remote IOR"

The following error message might be present on a computer running Sophos Anti-Virus for Windows:

Invalid remote IOR

This error message can occur in conjunction with a report of 'Invalid local IOR (inglés)' on the server running Enterprise Console or Sophos Control Center.

This problem may also be mentioned in the Sophos Network Communications Report (inglés).

What to do

Check the following:

• your network cables
• your adapter configuration
• the Event log and Sophos Remote Management System (RMS) status report on the console computer.
