Performance issues on the update server

Issue
You are experiencing performance issues on the server running EM Library or Update Manager.

Known to apply to the following Sophos products and versions
Endpoint Security and Control, version 8.0
Endpoint Security and Control, version 9.0

What to do

1. In Enterprise Console, look for duplicate computer names.
2. If you find a computer that has been included in more than one group, delete it from the unwanted group.
3. On the server running EM Library/Update Manager, open the Envelopes folder and clear its contents (inglés).
