Remote update manager not showing in Enterprise Console
Issue
After changing the server on which Enterprise Console is installed, you upgraded a remote EM Library to Update Manager. However, the new Update Manager isn't displayed in Enterprise Console version 4.0.
Known to apply to the following Sophos products and versions
Enterprise Console 4.0.0
Enterprise Console 4.5.0
What to do
The Remote Update Manager is trying to communicate with the old server (Enterprise Console 3.1).
- Uninstall the Sophos Update Manager (using Add/Remove Programs) on the affected computer and then remove EM Library (inglés).
- Install a fresh copy of Update Manager on the computer.
